TOS – Terms of Service 2023
Read carefully before commissioning!

*These TOS may be subject to change at any time for any reason. Any changes to the TOS will not affect previous works made before the changes were put in place. Make sure to stay up to date before purchasing a commission from me. *Communications can be conducted through private/direct messages on any of my social media, telegram and email.__Note that I may not always be available for communication due to school or work outside of commissions. __

The timeframe for a commission may vary from one day and upwards of two weeks.
I do not accept payments to finish an artwork faster i.e., rush-fees. If you need the commissioned artwork done for a certain date, make sure to commission me in a timely manner.

Please provide me with the following when purchasing a commission:

A description of what you want depicted in the commissioned piece.A clear digital character/prop reference, or flat digital image with no shadows.I may refuse to work with a traditional reference sheet, due to colour inconsistency.
Exceptions may apply if the commissioner requests a custom character design.(Additional images for inspiration in the use of describing what you want, is appreciated, but not mandatory in any way, e.g.: mood boards, pictures, poses etc.)

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following TOS:

I reserve the right to use any artwork I produce as promotional material. Such as, posting on social media and including in a professional portfolio.*I will not re-sell or make additional commercial profit of commissioned art pieces.


If my artwork is shared publicly, credit should be given in the proper manner, by linking to my page/a post made by me or simply @ing or providing my username.


By commissioning me I assume that I have permission to draw the provided character(s).
Should that not be clear at the time of commission, I will ask you to provide proof from the character owner(s) that you have permission for me draw them.


Do not use the received artwork for profit, i.e., do not resell, print/use for any form of commercial profit. Work in progress images included.The commissioned artwork is strictly for personal use only.Do not claim the commissioned artwork as your own work.


I reserve the right to decline any commission, at any point, for any reason.Rude, abusive, or toxic behaviours (racism, transphobia, pedophilia, zoophilia, hate speech, etc.) will result in denial of services and a complete ban from future purchases.


The commissioner has the right to cancel and request a refund at any time for any reason.Refunds will differ depending on how much work has been put into the commission and can be discussed at any stage while the art piece is being worked on.All work done up until the requested refund will be considered forfeit.


Payments are sent via PayPal and I will start working on the commission as fast as possible once the full payment has been sent.PayPal invoices will be sent to the email provided by the commissioner.You have 24 hours to confirm your place in the commission queue by sending the agreed upon payment.I will not accept other forms of compensation e.g., exposure, art, physical goods etc.


I will provide multiple work in progress images for the commissioner to either approve or request changes/corrections.Changes and/or corrections must be made before the finished product has been provided. Ideally provided in the sketch/line-work stage.If the commissioner wants a drastically different pose, angle or other major changes, I may request additional charges due to added workload.


I will not be accepting commissions of a "NSFW", not safe for work, nature, e.g. pornographic, sexual and fetish artwork.Excluded in the above is content like pinups and gore.
However, commissions containing gratuitous gore will recuire proof of age, that you the commissioner, are 18 years of age or older.




Additional fees may vary or aply to the commissioned artwork.
The commissioner vill always be made aware of changes to the price estimate of the commission.
